Greetings Chaplain Raiford and Rose,

I promised that I would share with you and Rose why I would recommend Cyndi Broschat, (210) 861-2858, to assist you with your housing needs in and around San Antonio, Texas.  I could say a lot of excellent things about Cyndi, but having served in the Air Force when we were looking for the best person to promote we relied on the whole body of work of a person’s career; or we looked for real examples of outstanding accomplishments.  Since I know that you will have other recommendations, I will share with you what I believe sets Cyndi a part from most other realtors:  She does not appear to be driven by money; she has an eye for details; and she approaches each job as if she was looking for her own retirement home.   This does not mean that she will try to sell you something that she likes; on the contrary, when you decide what you want to buy she has this amazing ability to look at your choice and then say ok this is mind, now what is wrong with this property?  Her eye for details is what sets her apart; and can best be summed up in the attachment to this e-mail.  The items that you see highlighted in yellow are items that Cyndi identified after five (5) other walkthroughs had taken place.  Two of the walkthroughs were done by professional housing inspectors…

You will remember Thomas Mitchell who was stationed at Eglin AFB and he and his family were reassigned to San Antonio, Texas about two years ago.  Well Thomas recommended a realtor to us which we used to purchase a home in San Antonio in September 2006.  We met Cyndi through this realtor.  After we purchased the home, this realtor recommended Cyndi as a property manager to rent out our home for us.  …What I can truly say without a doubt is that if we moved back to San Antonio to live, the first and last realtor that I would want to contact is Cyndi.  We have been that impressed with her and her husband David…

In closing, I don’t know which realtor you will choose.  We have only known Cyndi about six months – but, having said that, I do not think that it was by chance that we met Cyndi and David; and I do not think that it was by chance that I ended up sharing this experience with Rose on this past Sunday.

Whatever you decide, good luck in your house hunting… Also, just for your info Thomas Mitchell works at Randolph AFB and (I can’t remember his wife’s name at the moment) but she works across town at Brooks AFB.
